Another Language's 25th Anniversary performance of InterPlay: Event Horizon can be experienced in several ways. You can see the live performances and be part of the studio audiences at the following collaborating sites, University of Utah and University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Additional viewing options include watching the live feed from our website, entering Second Life or connecting through the Access Grid videoconference system.


Salt Lake City, Utah - The performance will take place at the Intermountain Network and Scientific Computation Center (INSCC) Auditorium 110 on the campus of the University of Utah located at 155 South 1452 East. Performances are Friday - Saturday, March 26-27 7:00 PM MDT and Sunday, March 28 4:00 PM MDT, Friday, April 2 at 1:00 PM & 7:00 PM MDT and Saturday April 3 at 7:00 PM MDT. Advance tickets are available at Utah Tickets. Tickets will also be sold at the door, $7.00 - General, $5.00 - Seniors/Members and Free - Students with ID. Click here for a map and directions.

Fairbanks, Alaska - Audience members interested in attending should contact Bob Huebert, the technical director and organizer at the ARSC Discovery Lab at bob.huebert(at)arsc.edu. Performance location is at the Arctic Region Supercomputing Center Discovery Lab, RM 375C of the Rasmuson Library on the UAF campus. Seating is restricted to a maximum of 20. Performances are March 26 - 27 5:00 PM AKT, March 28 2:00 PM AKT, April 2 11:00 AM & 5:00 PM AKT and April 3 5:00 PM AKT.


Live QuickTime Webcast - A live QuickTime stream of InterPlay: Event Horizon will be available on this web site on the days of the performance. To test your connection view a short audio/video clip. You will need QuickTime Player 7 or higher, download the latest version.


Live Flash Webcast - The performances will be available at The University of Utah's University Information Technology media server. Using the Mountain Daylight Times listed under the Salt Lake City venue all performance times are -7 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).


Second Life - The performances will be available in Second Life. You will need a Second Life account and teleport to Marriott Library Island. Library staff will be available to help viewers to access the digital video streams. Using the Mountain Daylight Times listed under the Salt Lake City venue all performance times are -7 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Access Grid - InterPlay: Event Horizon can be viewed through the Access Grid AGtk 3.2 (Beta). Many higher education institutions around the world have Access Grid facilities. Access Grid 3.1 or higher with the Extended Video Services is recommended to view this performance and will be accessible by connecting to the Theater Venue of ArtGrid venue server.
