Description
"Art In The SLC" was a web series created by Film Director Matt Black about artists and artistic events happening in Salt Lake City, Utah. In April, while development for InterPlay: Event Horizon was in full swing, Matt with Camera Assistant Johnny Glines, ventured to the Intermountain Networking and Scientific Computation Center at the University of Utah to interview Another Language Directors Elizabeth and Jimmy Miklavcic, as well as, Singer/Songwriter Lexie Levitt and Access Grid Node Operator and Performance Manager Colin McDermott.

This 2010 short documentary by Matt Black, covered Another Language's performance, creation, and philosophy surrounding InterPlay: Event Horizon. This video originally aired on BlipTV, Tumbler, and is currently available here on anotherlanguage.org.

Matt Black is an independent filmmaker with over fifteen years experience in the film and television biz. He has worked on feature films, documentaries, episodic television, web comedies, museum installations, non-profit and corporate videos, and literally hundreds of commercials. He's also written several feature film scripts and produced and directed over a dozen of his own short films. He has a master's degree in documentary film from Stanford University.
