Description
1,000 Eyes, based on Marilyn Chapman's poem One Thousand Eyes for One Eyed War, delved into the Isreali and Palistinian conflict in 1991. The piece featured dancers Elizabeth Miklavcic and Sarah Hudelson. Both portrayed the Palistinian people. Dancer Michael Larkin represented the Isrealis. Ms. Chapman's poem and the dance expresses the turbulence and frustration that the region has been experiencing for ages. | |
